Eastern Local School District has transitioned to digital student forms. Parents/guardians should have received an email at the beginning of July to review and make any necessary changes to student forms for the upcoming school year. If you have not received this email, please contact your building office.
Parents without a current email on file need to call their building office to provide an email as soon as possible.
