
Eastern Elementary will be introducing a new “Decodables Adventure Lab” in the library this year to help meet the new state mandate to teach all reading based on The Science of Reading.

6th and 9th grade orientations will be held on Wednesday, August 14. Please call (740) 226-1544 to register for an orientation session. Due to space limitations, students should bring only one parent or close family member to orientation. Students in all other grade levels will also be able to pick up their schedules in the office on Wednesday, August 14. Thank you.

The Summer Feeding Program will begin on Tuesday, May 28th.

Please join us for our annual Summer Feeding Program!
Breakfast will be served in the cafeteria from 8:30-9:00, and lunch from 11:45-1:00. Meals can be prepared to go for students, and picked up at door number 22. The program will begin on Tuesday, May 28th. Hope to see you there Monday through Thursday!

Eastern Elementary will be having a walk-in Kindergarten Registration on Thursday, May 23, 2024, starting at 8:30am and running until 11:00am. Please enter at door number one. The family will need to have proof of residence, immunization records, birth certificate, and social security card for the child being enrolled.
